Robert P. “Bob” Milliken of North Lawrence, Ohio, passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 65. He graduated from Tuslaw High School in 1978 and later completed his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Studies at Kent State University in 1983.
Bob’s life was marked by his passion for sports and the arts. A dedicated Kent State basketball fan, he was a season ticket holder and proud member of the Kowbell Krew. He also followed the Pittsburgh Steelers with enthusiasm. His love of travel took him frequently to Hawaii, where he enjoyed winters at his condominium.
Equally devoted to cultural pursuits, Bob attended theater, opera, and live performances, maintaining season tickets at both Playhouse Square and Kent State’s Porthouse Theater.
Services to honor his life will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Cross Global Methodist Church in North Lawrence, with interment at Newmans Creek Cemetery. Family and friends may gather for visitation from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
