In Loving Memory of Ivan Cezar R. Ronquillo
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Ivan Cezar R. Ronquillo, a 24‑year‑old model from Quezon City, who was found unresponsive in his residence in Barangay Apolonio Samson on the morning of November 19, 2025.
Authorities have ruled his death as suicide. His father submitted a handwritten waiver affirming the family’s belief in this conclusion and requesting no further investigation.
Ivan’s passing comes just days after the tragic death of his former girlfriend, actress and model Gina Lima, whom he himself discovered. Gina’s sudden cardiorespiratory arrest and Ivan’s untimely death have deeply shaken their families, friends, and the wider creative community.
Ivan will be remembered for his talent, his presence, and the relationships he cherished. His loss is a heartbreaking blow to those who knew him personally and to the modeling community that admired his work.
